The DGE provides project managers with simple tools for the purpose of «intellectual property» comprehension.

Representatives of the PACA Marine Cluster have recently attended a training session on a completely new tool of the EU Commission’s DG Enterprises: an Internet website dedicated to intellectual property matters, for competitivity cluster actors undertaking collaborative R & D projects. It provides an update on knowledge, practices and needs and makes thematic and methodological tools available to anticipate difficulties. Didactic and practical, this website may be used by a broad audience. It has emerged from consultations with legal professionals, to provide information on regulations and a simple overview of best practices.
It will become a referent to prevent disagreements between project actors, thanks to its various model agreements which can be adapted to a large range of cases.
