E-Obs: Towards new interactive services for the coastal environment

E-OBS

E-Obs involves setting up a new observation network based on citizen participation in monitoring water quality in the coastal zone and biodiversity. This network has a dual function: warning service to optimize the collection of macro-waste to the coast or at sea, citizen participation in matters of science to better understand the changing environment.
The project builds on several demonstrators citizen oversight services for the optimization of collection systems for macro-waste at sea and on beaches, for the presence / absence of jellyfish in the sea and the coast or on monitoring of marine mammals. ...
