The project SOACCHIRP, certified in May 2007, comes into industrialization phase of a high performance measurement equipment for the control of environmental risks in shallow waters.This project has expired and after the last test at sea, the system is operational, its industrialization and commercialization can begin.

The product SOACCHIRP probe sediments in ultra-high resolution in depth from 3m to 100m. The wide frequency band and very low frequencies (up to 400Hz) makes it a unique tool for the characterization of funds. Compact (about 80kg), it can easily be boarded by small motorboats.Soacsy first product, enabling the project is intended to SOACCHIRP companies survey, reconnaissance funds and consulting firms in the marine environment. It targets the study of environmental hazards by shallow (landslides, coastal erosion, ...) but also geotechnical, mining (sand) or underwater archeology
