 Budget

1 094 k € over 36 months. Posted to the call for project-oriented research of CR PACA / SLA in May 2010.Current detectors are mostly large. The major innovation is to propose a miniature sensor, selective and sensitive.
Miniaturization will target systems like "camera", consisting of small elements active in a later stage. But miniaturization involves changes in behavior are currently unknown. The use of nanocrystals or nanostructured thin films can improve the selectivity in energy.
